一. Composition, structure and function of Feida

 

 1. Paper feed table. Platform for stacking paper to be processed

 

 2. Loosen the paper blowing nozzle. Blow the paper on the paper stack surface loose to facilitate paper separation and feeding.

 

 3. Paper separation suction nozzle. Take the first piece of paper that has been blown loose and give it to the paper feeding suction nozzle.

 

 4. Paper feeding suction nozzle. Take the separated first sheet of paper from the paper separation suction nozzle and transfer it to the paper feed roller.

 

 5. Paper retaining teeth. Keep the front edge of the stack neat and make way for each sheet of paper sent out periodically.

 

 6. Paper pressing nozzle (also known as presser foot). Through the air flow blown out by it, the first paper sucked by the paper separation suction nozzle is separated from the paper stack, and the second paper is pressed by its paper pressing foot, and the height of the paper stack is controlled.

 

 7. Paper blocking brush or tablet pressing. Control the height of the blown loose paper to prevent double or multiple sheets.

 

 8. Rear baffle board. Keep the back of the stack (drag slightly) neat.

 

 9. Side baffle board. Keep the side of the paper stack neat, and control the position of the paper on the paperboard to achieve the appropriate distance to match the pull gauge.

 

二. Regulation standard of Feida

 

note: the adjustment height of the suction nozzle is 2-3mm for thick paper and 6-8mm for thin paper. The height of the paper feeding suction nozzle is the same as that of the paper separation suction nozzle. However, it is actually adjusted according to the deformation degree of the paper. The front and rear position of the paper separation suction nozzle is about 2-5mm around the paper edge.

 

 2. Loosen the paper blowing nozzle: the distance between the blowing nozzle and the rear edge of the paper stack should be adjusted within the range of 5-15mm. Generally, the thick paper can be adjusted closer and the thin paper can be adjusted farther. Blow the paper stack reasonably without skewing. The best blowing effect is to make two or three pieces of paper float on the surface, and the gap between the papers should be large. Some machines and equipment have a blowing nozzle on the left and right of the biting paper pile, and the adjustment distance can be closer, so that there is gas separation between the paper, reduce friction and make the paper transfer better.

 

 3. Paper pressing nozzle: also known as presser foot. Whenever the first sheet of paper is sucked up by the paper separation suction nozzle, the presser foot shall press the second sheet of paper, and blow a certain air volume between the two sheets of paper to make the last sheet of paper float upward, so as to be easily sucked by the paper feeding suction nozzle. The depth of the presser foot pressing the paper edge is generally 8-11mm, and the air volume is determined according to the thickness of the paper. Another function is to have a height controller. Once the paper stack is too low and contacts the contact, the paper stack will rise quantitatively, usually once in 8-10 sheets.

 

 4. Paper blocking brush or tablet pressing: the tablet pressing adjustment shall not press too much into the paper, otherwise it will bring difficulties to the paper separation suction nozzle. The position of the tablet pressing the paper can be pressed until the iron sheet bends down a little, and the deformation is 2mm.

 

 5. Paper retaining teeth: the height of thick paper can be a little higher than that of thin paper. Generally, the height is 3-5mm from the highest point of paper retaining teeth, and the height of thin paper is 7-4mm,.

 

 6. Adjustment of rear baffle board and side baffle board: the rear baffle board is mainly used to support the paper and prevent the paper from sliding back to ensure the tidiness of the paper stack; The side paper stop is mainly to ensure that the left and right positions of the paper are consistent, and the distance between the paper output and the baffle of the pull gauge is controlled at 5-8mm. This can ensure that the pull gauge of each paper is accurate and can be pulled in place.


三. Adjustment method of paperboard.

 

The function of the paperboard conveyor is to accurately and stably transfer the paper transmitted by Feida to the front gauge for positioning. The paper in the Feida part depends on the differential pressure transmission, so the adjustment of the paper pressing wheel is very important.

 

Pay special attention to the brush wheel on the paperboard to press the most edge of the paper after the positioning pause of the front gauge, mainly to push the paper in place to avoid skewing.

 

Tablet pressing adjustment: the tablet pressing adjustment is mainly to prevent the paper bite from being too warped and rushing out of the front gauge. Therefore, generally, the tablet pressing is pressed next to the front gauge. The thin paper can be pressed lightly as long as it can gently touch the iron plate, and the thick paper can be slightly heavier.

 

Front gauge adjustment: front gauge adjustment is mainly height adjustment. Generally, it can be adjusted to 3 times to produce paper. You can take three pieces of paper to adjust.
