We will take salary and benefits, as well as the citation volume of codes, as important bases. Talents with high salaries and rich experience can be directly recognized as provincial-level relevant talents. Every year, more than 10 top talents will be introduced. Provincial and municipal talent projects will be set up in separate tracks. Support over 300 artificial intelligence talents every year. In terms of key elements such as data, computing power and algorithms, support will be provided for the construction of trusted data Spaces and high-end data annotation platforms, the issuance of corpus vouchers, the establishment of "chip-model linkage" adaptation bases, the cultivation of public cloud services, the strengthening of basic and vertical model research and development, and the encouragement of compliance filing, etc.
