Organsor jointly form the eighth national printing industry vocational skills competition organization committee (hereinafter referred to as the competition organizing committee), the organizing committee has the secretariat (located in China printing technology association), technical working committee (evaluation committee, expert committee), supervision, China printing technology association led competition executive committee, binding competition working group. The final site will be specifically organized and implemented by the competition executive committee. One general commander (by the deputy director of the competition executive committee) and several deputy chief commanders; 1 chief judges and several deputy chief judges; and 2 supervisors. The general commander is responsible for all the leadership work of this final, and the deputy general commander assists the general commander. The chief referee is responsible for handling the competition, invigilator and other related technical work of the competition, and the deputy referee shall assist the work. The supervisor is responsible for the whole process of drawing lots, adjudication and judging, and dispute arbitration during the final.
According to the national vocational skills standards, the Technical Working Committee summarizes and references the experience of the previous seven competitions, and combines with the new knowledge and skills related to the industry, formulating the rules and technical outline of the binding competition of the eighth National Printing Industry Vocational Skills Competition.
