4) Press the rise or drop button again to adjust to a suitable height.
5) Wear the film according to the material diagram and pull by hand to the reel position with photoelectric switch.
6) Move the electric eye to the appropriate position and rotate the hand wheel tightly.(Adjust to the position where edge detection line or line detection is available) and press autocorrection.(Optical eyes can be fine-tuned)
7) Use the large arm on the unloading operation box to unlock and release the reel bracket.Cover the core of quantity and specifications.Close the reel bracket with the large arm lock on the unloading operation box and lock the reel auxiliary contact roller.(Select suitable auxiliary contact pressure rollers according to different cutting）
8) Install the blade, select the cutter method, adjust the position of the knife, use the infrared paper core positioning system, correct the position of the paper core, and stick the cut film on the paper core.
9) Verify that the length encoder is close to the traction roller.
10) Verify that the boot operation has been completed, set the film thickness, winding tension, winding and cutting machine length and other parameters on the touch screen, and use the fan switch to open the fan to import the waste edge into the air duct.
11) Determine that the speed setting indicator is 0, press the start button, confirm to use the speed switch button to light it on, and then use the speed button to speed up the speed on operation.
12) Press the stop button to close the reel and drive roll to slow down and slow down to stop.(Roll and drive automatic down and stop when the diameter and length reach the setpoint)
13) Very stop can only be used at very bad moments!
