The operation process of slitting machine
1. First turn on the power supply and check whether the power supply voltage fits the equipment conditions; The tension can be checked by hand patting the film.
2. After the inspection, start feeding (open the clutch). The two large rubber shafts on the slitting machine can not pass through the material to avoid bruising
3. Adjustment and tracking electric eye; Wear material, the knife frame;
4. Check whether the interval between tools meets the requirements of product specifications;
5. Start the cutting tool slowly, check the product size and specification again (correct the tool interval);
6. Paper tube sizes on the same feeding shaft should be different; Material and paper tube bonding;
7. Start slitting at a slow speed. When continuous slitting, it is useful to measure the position of the paper tube and make the paper tube flush with the film.
8. Adjust and release the tension and accelerate.
9. Return to zero in time after use: rotate speed adjustment return to zero, tension adjustment return to zero, turn off the electric eye box switch, and then pull the power off.
10. If there is any fault or abnormal sound of the machine, stop and check it in time, and then ask the maintenance personnel to deal with it.
Points of attention in the operation of slitting machine:
1. The input voltage is three front lines and one zero line. When closing and pulling the switch, the porcelain handle should be held in hand to avoid electric shock.
2. Use an inner hexagon wrench every day to check whether the rewinding shaft cross screw is firm, and tighten it in time if it is loose.
3. Insist on cleaning the whole machine, wipe away the oil in time and clean the plastic strips wound on it.
4. According to the thickness and width of the film, the tension must be large when the film is thick and wide, and the tension should be small when the film is thin and narrow.
5. Clear the side selection of the electric eye, distinguish manual and automatic, can move around the reel when manual, switch to manual when shutdown.
6. When cutting, use hand wheel to adjust the left and right installation of feeding, so that it is appropriate to close the car in the middle of the two switches.
