Working Principle of the Pile Turner

Paper Separating System

The paper separating system works by driving wheel and laminating press belt, which help stack the laminated papers on a pallet in a down-to-down pattern. When the set number is reached, a separating rod will help lift and separate the paper. Then, the two pawl driven by the cylinder will move forward to push the set laminated paper into the turnover device.

Turning System

The turning system is designed with an automatic clamping system, which allows for the paper to be front-back alternately placed. This ensures the laminated paper is both smooth and stiff, making them ready for the subsequent production line. A motor-driven chain will help drive the upper push plate to move forward and backward in order to push the lifted paper into the collecting system. While the four splint reciprocates to pat the collected paper in order, the collecting platen will drop when the paper reaches a height of 1.7m. This triggers the hydraulic car to pull out the entire stack of paper, and at the same time, the vice paper collecting table will start working to complete the non-stop collecting.
